Account Creation, Security & Policy
To create an account on u19, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and u19 reserves the right to close any accounts found to be in violation.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. The account holder is liable for all activity carried out through their account. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access, contact u19 support immediately.
Account Suspension or Closure: u19 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons —
- Breach of Terms or Fraudulent Activity
- Providing false information or impersonating another person
- Multiple Accounts
- Attempting to abuse the platform's technical systems
- Attempting to harass or harm other users
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must comply with the following when using the u19 platform:

- Do not attempt to access another user's account without their permission.
- Accessing or operating on the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.

- Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems is a violation subject to legal consequences.
U19 reserves the right to remove or disable any content or activity that violates these rules.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the u19 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit: After a deposit, your balance is typically updated within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals can be made to a registered payment method. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Bonuses & Promotional Offers: Specific terms apply to all bonuses. Each offer may carry its own wagering/rollover requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
